Automotodrom Grobnik - CDA Drift Layout
Hello, I'm Boštjan Pošebal, known as BoskeP, and I've created a new drift layout at the Grobnik circuit for Assetto Corsa. The layout concept was envisioned by Bruno Stergar from the Croatian Drift Alliance (CDA), in preparation for the upcoming Adriadriftseries contest. While we introduced the new drift layout, credit must also go to the original map's creators.

Conversion to Assetto Corsa: Mitja Bonca
I'm also from BHS Team, and we're actively engaged on Discord, developing Assetto Corsa tracks and car mods.
The newly designed layout is known for its high speed and demanding nature, adding an extra layer of challenge to the track.
Automotodrom Grobnik, currently at its latest version 2.71, is nestled on the Croatian coast, situated amidst the picturesque mountains above the city of Rijeka. The circuit spans 4.17 kilometers (2.59 miles) in an anti-clockwise direction, featuring an array of lengthy straights and challenging fast left-right sweeping corners. Due to this layout, it poses a significant challenge for drivers, especially those in cars with low downforce configurations.
Despite being accredited by both the FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme) and the FIA (Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile), the primary focus of Automotodrom Grobnik remains on training, testing, and notably, hosting concerts that harmonize perfectly with its scenic environs.
Historically, from 1978 to 1990, the circuit was the venue for the Yugoslavian Motorcycle Grand Prix races, attracting revered names such as Roberts, Lawson, Rainey, and other renowned riders who claimed victory on its challenging asphalt.
